Returns / Exchanges
Returns are for store credit only.
Orders are eligible for return if they are received by Proud Souls within 14 days of the PURCHASE DATE with the receipt and original tags attached. Returned orders will only receive STORE CREDIT. Items must be returned in their original condition - this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. Bath products, hats/caps, and beauty products are not available for return or exchange. If store credit is chosen for the exchange, that credit will be valid for 6 months.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE MERCHANDISE. ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE MERCHANDISE.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment and with the original tags still in place. We are not responsible for damages for wash and wear. Unfortunately we are not able to issue store credit or exchange under this circumstance. Report damaged items within 3 days of receipt by either messaging us on Facebook or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. PSB is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.
