Hickory Wood Seasoning & Rub
Rinse meat under cold water and dry with a paper towel. Rub 2-3 Tbsp seasoning over the meat evenly. Cover meat with foil and put in zip lock bags and place in fridge for about 3 hours.
Great on burgers, steaks, brisket, prime rib, pork chops, roast or fried potatoes.
Ingredients - garlic, onion, smoke sea salt, mustard seed, spice, smoked flavor, maltodextrin, salt and pepper.
